Firstly the rooms are not good as they show us then they don't even provide hot water to bath, and the food gives you food poisoning. This is the worst place I've ever visited. I won't advise people who are going to stay there in future.
The swimming pool contains a lot of chlorine which goes inside our body and affects our body and makes us sick.
Then there's not even a single person on reception desk to listen to our grievances.

I stayed at the Camellia for one night, thank goodness, en route between Berhampore and Kolkata. It is old, tired, very poorly maintained and run and was practically empty - what does that tell you?
The hot water, air-con and wifi worked, so that's just about all you need, but otherwise it was a pretty poor show, even for rural West Bengal. The Camellia claims it's a resort, though why you'd stay there except as a pit stop I dunno. The hotel offered a very basic breakfast later than I'd requested, served by people who seemed not to understand their job. The country around it is quite pleasant (more pleasant than elsewhere on that day's journey) but the hotel itself is pretty poor. I'd investigate other options if I had the chance.

Well, this hotel looks good in the pictures especially the pool. The rooms are decent too. However, neither of them is maintained properly! The rates of this property are on the higher side too! So i would not recommend!
