On a road trip from New Orleans to Tallahassee and booked this hotel for 3 nights as a rest and treat. We were not disappointed. This hotel is amazing. We had a room on the 3rd floor and the view was to die for. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The ladies in this section working very hard to keep the area clean and tidy. Our room was a suite and amazing, will not forget this stay. Beaches of course are beautiful and spent much time just watching out to sea. Was lucky to see a sea turtle and a crab and then off the pier a bull shark..

We really enjoyed the Springhill Suites at Pensacola Beach. Amazing beach, 2 pools plus a kiddie pool and hot tub. The pool bar is awesome; love the Bushwhackers by bartender Laurie. Best drink make on the island!! Hotel was quiet, clean, friendly staff....Bre that works the front desk is great...she made some good restaurant recommendations. We will be back!

So we've stayed at the Margaritaville and the Holiday Inn Resort, and finally tried this one. The Margaritaville is nice, but no hot tub and rooms are a bit small. Fine for couples, but not very child friendly, even though they do attempt to have games. Holiday Inn Resort is very child friendly, but the rooms and housekeeping aren't great. SpringhHill really fits the bill- rooms are way nicer than HolidayInn Resort, has a hot tub, self service laundry and closer to the beach than the others. Also, they others have restaurants that serve breakfast, but you have to sit down and order, kind of a pain when you have a kid who is ready to go. Much easier to do the free breakfast which is come and go and you can eat and get going in ten minutes- plus it's free- leaving you much more money for a nice dinner!! House keeping is better than at both the other places. Employees are pretty friendly, but so are the other places. Parking is really easy- they just make everything really easy and convenient and the rooms are spacious. Don't know why anyone complains about the free breakfast- oatmeal with fixins was great, eggs not dry and rubbery, sausage pretty good, coffee nice and hot- there are waffles and tons of other fixins and condiments- again, all free and hot and delicious. They had really good fruit muffins that were super moist. Coffee served all day. What more could you ask for? Only drawback is they serve breakfast only until 9:30 which is early on vacation- but oh well...we are very happy with this hotel and will stay here from now on every time we are in Pensacola. I'm sure during busy summer season, its alot more crowded and expensive, but that's the same everywhere. Pensacola Beach really does tourism well. Everyone nice and friendly and laid back. Coffee maker in room- but why would you use it when coffee is available all day. They also had nice glasses- for drinking wine- which sucks if you have to drink it from a plastic cup.

It is close to the interstate and airport, yet is in a very quiet neighborhood. It was what I expected from the SpringHill Suites brand. Nothing over the top, but then again, a very nice room at a reasonable price.

Room Tip: Away from the receptionist and away from the elevator.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It looks just like it is pictured and has a great location. We had an ocean view room with views of the pools and oceans. The room was spacious with a sitting area with a second TV which is a must for my husband and I. It has everything we need including fridge, microwave, etc. The free breakfast every morning was great and so convenient. We loved the spacious pools and the beach is also great. We only stayed two nights but will definitely return. My husband is at the highest level in the Marriott Rewards program having stayed exclusively at Marriott properties for work for over thirty years, and this is one of the best properties at the beach which wasn't one of Marriott's big resorts. We loved the Pensacola area and there are lots of great restaurants located very near the hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for ocean view on a higher floor
