We booked this villa for our son's wedding. On arrival the amenities which were stated or promised during our communications were not provided and owner denied all knowledge of them such as WiFi, Barbecue and cooling fans. We wasted a lot of money by having to purchase fans because the temperature during the day was in the 40s and nights in the 30s and we had elderly relatives who were suffering because of the heat. The caretaker was extremely rude and unhelpful and kept blaming the owner and when we spoke to the owner he blamed the caretaker for the shamble service. Because of all the problems we had at this place the wedding and our holiday was completely ruined. If you book with these people make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and record their calls otherwise they will deny it. They lied there was no WIFI in the villa that it was impossible to get a cable up to the property when their listing clearly stated Wifi included. We stayed 10 days without WIFI no cooling system and food was disposed of because the caretaker hid the barbecue so we couldn't use it. I hope they will learn by what they did to us and improve on their service and maybe replace the caretaker with someone who has some idea about customer service.
