“Quiet and Clean”
Reviewed 15 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

La Verkin is near enough to Zion to get there easily, and far enough to not be very expensive. LV2 is half a duplex, new construction, and a quiet street - but almost all of La Verkin is quiet. Stunning view, but that's also true of the whole town. Clean. Workable kitchen, washer and dryer. Good shower. Comfortable chairs - enough for 4 to sit at the table, and a couch and 2 chairs for relaxing. Grocery store ~ 1/2 mile.

“A peaceful retreat after a day spent hiking the canyons.”
Reviewed 28 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

Spent a week hiking Zion NP and area trails. This quiet little 'home' was just what we wanted after a long day. Renovated interior felt comfortable and clean. Many little extra's were provided that are often overlooked in private party rentals. After the crowds up at Zion National Park, this duplex unit was perfect.

“Great house, quiet neighborhood, close to Zion”
Reviewed 17 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

My family, (2 adults, 2 sons) stayed here for 2 nights. House is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The house had many amenities and plenty of cookware, spices and grill. It was nice to grill and eat in both nights. Also the washer/dryer was a great bonus! Grocery store nearby and close to Zion National Park. Would stay here again!

“Quiet place, away from the crowds!”

We always look for a place to stay while traveling that will give us a little feel of home. This one definitely did.
Having this small duplex to call home for a few days was perfect for the three of us. The kitchen allowed us to save money on food by "cooking in" and being able to prepare and pack lunches for our days in Zion NP. The drive to Zion in the mornings was beautiful. We headed out early and got to see amazing color changes in the valley.
We had coffe just down the Main Street at River Rock Coffee, which has an awesome cliff side view and great coffee.
Did food shopping at a store in Hurricane, called Lin's. They had great prices and selection.
Our daughter was disappointed when she learned we would not have access to a pool, as a hotel would. But just 2 1/2 miles away is the "Hurricane public pool". We spent an afternoon there and it worked out perfectly for only $2.00 per person.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all.
