“Excellent Location, Cute Little Duplex”
Reviewed 14 October 2015 for a stay in September 2015

We LOVED how close we were to Zion, and La Verkin is a cute little town to stay in. The owners described the rental very well, and we didn't have any surprises when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you will need, including various condiments, seasonings, oils, etc. - so check in and get settled before going out to do your shopping! The place is small, but perfect for our family of 5, especially since we wanted to spend most of our time exploring the area.

You can tell that the owners have put a lot of time, effort, and energy into making this a comfortable home away from home. We appreciated their efforts, and would definitely book them again if we ever travel back to the area!

“Wonderful stay at the cozy townhouse”

We stayed for 3 nights in July and were impressed by how clean and well-equipped this place was. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the main road, close to everything. Upon entering, we were greeted by a personal sign as well as water bottles in the fridge. The kitchen had everything we needed--we even found a Belgium waffle maker! That made our kids' day! The bathroom even had a shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser. So many thoughtful touches--thank you! Everything was clean, and well-maintained, and even rather modern. I knew that the house was recently updated and it showed in the quality of the bedroom and bathroom furnishing. The house is about 20 minutes from Zion NP and St. George. It is small, but the spacious rooms allowed the five of us to spread out comfortably. Rich and Carolyn were readily available to help and open to a couple of suggestions I had. All I can say is thank you for making our first trip out to the Canyons so easy to enjoy! This is one of the best rental experiences we've ever had!

“Avoid the crowds”

Zion NP is so crowded this time of the year. This nicely (newly) remodeled place met our needs perfectly, while getting us away from all of the crowds.
Everything is new and very nicely done, including the beds. The pancakes and fixings for a breakfast meal are a nice touch, and appreciated. The owners have thought of everything you will need to make a pleasant, care-free one.

Our experience with LV2 was very good. Everything is new, beautiful and clean. It's tastefully decorated in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the King size bed, washer, dryer, and patio with BBQ grill. Just a few minutes from Zion Park. Grocery store good and close by. Great to work with Carolyn and Rich Murset. Easy directions and we liked the keyless entry for super convenience in checking in and coming and going. We'll see you again on our next trip to the area.

Excellent property - about 20 minutes from Zion National Park where we visited and hiked! Located on a quiet street. Newly-remodeled property. Excellent price/value!!! Everything that was needed was provided - two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed), sofa bed in the living room, beautiful kitchen! We would definitely return here - would love to have stayed longer!!
