I expected a classy hotel after the reviews, but what a dissapointment. I booked a non-smoking room, but got a smelly smoking room. After asking for a non smoking room, I didn't receive an excuse, but just an obvious irritated respond that I got another room. The room was next to a highway, so really noisy the whole night. And behind that highway a big parking lot. The room was small, not in good condition and smelled funny. While the room was over 200 euro the price/quality is far from good. A real dissapointment and I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Thank you for choosing Grand Pacific LE DAIBA Hotel recently. We very much appreciate you leaving us your opinion. We deeply apologize for the discomfort we caused during your stay. Firstly, for the fact that we could offer only smoking room due fully booked of non-smoking room in spite of your requesting non-smoking room, and the room after changed had no good view and was noisy.
Please be assured that we have taken your comments on board, and they will
be discussed and reviewed when we consider changes and improvements to the hotel near future, which we constantly striving to make.
Our entire staff sincerely hopes you will forgive discomfort and will stay with us again.

We really liked our 2night stay here. Hotel limousine drops you off at the hotel(for a fee),Very touristic, beautiful and relaxing view around the hotel, malls around with food court, some shopping even within the hotel, just walking distance through the hotel to the daiba train station, convienience store, hairdressers and barber at the hotel(be sure to book your appointment though),our room had a very lovely view, was very clean, spacious.Nice amenities were provided including kids kits, very large and nice bathroom/toilet with seperate shower space, very good housekeeping, the english news channel was very welcome(i dont know if there were more english channels as i didnt check).view from the breakfast room on the 30th floor was simply amazing!
the guy who cheked us in on arrival spoke good english but he didnt look enthusiastic or welcoming. Not all front desk staff spoke english though.on our 2nd day there,we had problems leaving a message at the front desk until they found someone who could understand us.
breakfast was overpriced and not a good enough spread. seemed like we were being charged for that amazing view from the breakfast room on 30th floor hence the 4 stars

Daiba station connects directly with this hotel. Very convenient if arriving using the Yurikomome line (train). The hotel staff was very friendly. Bell service was excellent and we even had our bag cart brought right to the ramp to the train station on leaving. The room (Deluxe twin) was HUGE compared to most Tokyo hotels. Twin beds were large and comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious. We did not use the restaurant for breakfast, but instead used the well stocked Convienience Store on the hotel side of the ramp to the Daiba station. Lots of food items to choose from. The shuttle to TDR was convenient and prompt (as would be expected in Japan) and we loved that perk. Time to TDR was about 30 minutes. We loved our stay at GP Le Daiba and would definitely stay again.

Room tip: 2247 was directly across from the ice machine room which created some noise, but not too much.

Most of the hotel staff are unprofessional, unhelpful and unfriendly. Staff hardly speaks any English including front desk staff. It took me more than 20 minutes to just check in. I have been to Japan many times but never encounter such low standard of hotel service.
Location is pretty inconvenient considering it is in Tokyo. We arrived early in the morning but no eatery except the overpriced hotel one is open.

I visited Tokyo with 2 girlfriends in November 2015 and we stayed at the Grand Pacific for 5 nights.

As there were 3 of us, we were quite impressed there were 3 separate (albeit very small) beds in the hotel room. The beds were very comfortable and we had no problems sleeping.

The bathroom was large, clean and the shower has very good pressure.

We never had breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on this.

The staff were pleasant enough but did not offer us any help with our bags etc.

Hotel is in a prime location and it is a very short train to the Tokyo Metro

Overall we enjoyed our stay.
