One of the best A4 Wagyu filets I have had. Service is friendly, attentive, but not overbearing. First class wine selection, updated on iPad, with realistic prices. One of my top steakhouse choices.

Been here on a business dinner while in Tokyo. I would not know the prices as we did not pay for the dinner.
Offcourse we had wagyu and kobe. For a steak lover like me this experience wassomething out of this world.
The staff was professional and every dish we got on the table was amazing.
Would love to go there once a week.

This would probably be a special occasion restaurant for most people. There are “set” or prix fixe menus with a nice variety of choices. The food quality is good – I would not go as far as excellent. What was troubling was the inconsistent service. In Tokyo generally service is the hallmark. In our case, my water glass was empty for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. I drank from my wife’s glass and nobody seemed to notice. With great service, your waiter or busboy is never far away. In our case they seemed to be serving 20 tables or more so it was rare to see them and only when they wanted to serve you the next course. The venue is beautifully appointed with a view to an indoor garden. If you are dining in Tokyo at a “nice” restaurant – you are used to high prices similar to Manhattan but you do expect great service at those prices. This is not a noodle shop dining experience. Here you have all the accouterments of a fine dining experience with linen napkins and quality dinnerware. The service is what needs to be upgraded for another visit.

It is a huge long rectangular restaurant/bar. However, it seems a lot more intimate than its size suggests. It opens up to an outdoor patio so it's a perfect place to go on a warm summer evening. Highly recommended.
