So glad we booked our tour with Raja and the Whales!

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable team on our boat who clearly care for the sea life and don't wish to cause any disturbance or hassle them in anyway! We sighted 2 Whales together on two occasions it was absolutely amazing and we also seen numerous dolphins. As soon as we seen the Whales for the second time we left them and headed back to shore which proves they don't continuously chase the Whales, they leave them be. I think the price was a little dearer than other local companies but I would pay this 100 times for a company who respects these Beautiful creatures.

A lovely fresh breakfast is also included! Highly recommend!

They are toooo good. If you are planning to go for whale watching in Mirissa, you should go with them. The prices might be a little steep but it is worth every penny.Amazing and most helpful staff.Even when half of the boat was seasick, they went out of their way to help everyone with a smiling face.

Superb whale (and dolphin and flying fish) spotting experience with a company that respected the sea life (unlike a lot of the other boat operators) and gave plenty of time and opportunity to see and photograph the sealife. Great breakfast (fruit, omelette etc) on board too. Really looked after all on board and safety is obviously a high priority. Very professional and a great sea safari !

Raja is an incredibly professional company with a great website that clearly details the entire day and answers any questions you could possibly have. We got picked up from our hotel at 6am as planned and were taken straight to the boat. The moment we got on board we were offered a plate of fresh fruit and tea/coffee which were delicious (we subsequently also got a cooked breakfast, cake and juice throughout the day). As for the whales - an incredible experience! We saw countless breaches and the unforgettable dive back down. We also had spinner dolphins riding the bow on the way back in. Raja and his crew were eco conscious, always maintaining a respectable distance and not “racing” to every single sighting along with the other boats. They also gave us the opportunity to jump into the incredibly blue water once we’ll clear of the marine life. An incredible experience, what a day!

The Raja team were very hospitable and did their utmost to ensure everyone enjoyed the trip. Our tour was long but we had been prewarned when we signed in first thing. We were well fed starting with a welcome coffee, biscuit and a plate of fresh fruit, then later after we had spotted dolphins we had an egg, sausage and bread breakfast which was very welcome. There was plenty of water, juice and even some cake (all included in the price). We saw dolphins and a couple of whales which was amazing. the crew were all busy most the of the trip with patrons who were feeling seasick and very attentive to them. It was a long day but something I will always remember. Definitely recommend!
