I visited this resort in the first week of October 2014 and this resort was launched in the same week. It is far away from crowd and main town. When we reached here few things were undone like restaurant and spa was not completed. Due to issues on Tamilnadu Border due to Jailalitha arrest their goods and staff were stuck and could not reach resort. Still with 5-7 staff members they managed the resort and a full house of guests. It was commendable.
Their restaurant was not done hence they served us breakfast and dinner in rooms completely complimentary. They arranged for foot and head spa for female members of my family free of cost. I stayed here for two days and on second day their pool was done. I was the first member to enter their pool. If you will see the view from pool you would want to spend entire day poolside.
Away from city near view point. The View from hotel is comparable to America's amazon forest view. A deep valley view from resort balcony. Mountain full of mist, fog and cloud. Beautiful river in the valley.
Rooms facilities equivalent to a 5 star hotel. Wide big room, nice bed, superb bathroom, big balcony. Can enjoy cup of tea/coffee sitting in balcony every morning.
No doubt recommending this pace to others.
In about a month, this resort would be the best hotel in Munnar.

They should do some work on the road to resort for Rajakkad town area. It is a bit narrow and risky. Few people may find it adventurous.More
