The location is superb,one of the most beautiful places we have seen.The view from the resort is mind blowing, food is excellent.Service was good. It is around 5 km from Rajakkad town. Resort is top class.

I have been traveling for a while, staying at resorts that are offbeat, Ragamaya Munnar was an excellent discovery. I stayed here for 2 nights with my family on holidays.
When you reach this property, you see the difference. This is not a typical resort, its a very personalized and exclusive experience, efforts by the staff is tailored to make you feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed. The rooms are well designed, spacious, with a large balcony and amazing view of the lake below. The bed is amazing with memory foam and we had a very good sleep.
Food is amazing and since the restaurant was not ready, they served it by the poolside and in the room.
But one thing that distinctly stands out here is the PEOPLE and their genuine effortless service orientation- really make you connect with this place and with them. Even though the place was not fully ready, we were taken good care by everyone. We would definitely visit the place again.
I'm glad to be the lucky one to write the first review for this fabulous new property close to Munnar (20km from the town).. I visited Ragamaya with my friends in the 1st week of October 2014. It's serene setting and panoramic views were a stark contrast to the hustle and bustle of Munnar town. Amazingly built resort with all rooms having breathtaking views of the Ponmudi Reservoir.
Rooms are spacious will balconies big enough for 4 of us to enjoy our cup of coffee while absorbing the splendid view, Brilliant food, the staff were very friendly, warm & welcoming. I particularly liked the shower which was stocked with amenities of the highest standards.
We unfortunately could not experience the SPA since it had not opened yet. But are surely looking forward to visit again soon. Also one should try to reach the resort in day light to avoid the fog which makes it difficult to drive. The resort has some time to be completely functional but should be ready in a few weeks.
Ragamaya is undoubtedly heading to be the No 1 resort in Munnar.
