Great staying

Great service, and nice staffs, but check-in process could make it better and easier.
I will definitely visit again, the excellent view, You can enjoy Taipei 101 at night or day time, worth it. Breakfast was absolutely recommend!

excellent hotel

room is clean! it’s very kind prepared special gifts for my parents’ anniversary ! views are awesome, seeing whole taipei city and taipei 101 . restaurant also great,service nice! we had paiking duck for free . it’s very delicious! 100% will visit again!

Pleasant stay

We had a pleasant stay last weekend. All staffs were very kind and helpful. Also thanks to the nice weather, our kids enjoyed playing in the pool. One notice is that the hotel doesn’t allow the kids swimming by themselves. At least one parent needs to stay very close to the kids. I can understand this rule is for safety. Exceptionally the best!!

I had an exceptional experience staying at Shangri -la Far Eastern Taipei. I also want to commend all the staff for being so accommodating from the Front Desk Customer Service Mr. Kent Chaw, the staff who helped me inflate the balloon and help me in decorations Ms. Wan Chou and Mr. Django Chung, up to the people who never get tired in answering my questions in email . Thank you for all the support and concern you have shown me in making my husbands surprise celebration a memorable one! It will be forever in our heart. You made us feel recognized and valued. I will surely go back to your Hotel very soon! Thank you very much!
