You might be overwhelmed by all kinds of the latest 3C products displayed and sold here.

Very inexpensive and various choices to buy from. You better bring a shopping list so you won't get lost in a possible shopping spree.

So you are in Taipei, and you are in desperate need of a new computer, or a cable, or something else tech related. Where would one need to go to find these things all under one roof?
In Tokyo, you can head to the Yodabashi in Ahkihabara, but in Taipei, Guanghua Market is the only place you need to visit.

The first level is the expo where you can check out the latest models of TVs, laptops and other electronic items.

The next two levels are for the original vendors that use to inhabit the old market; they tend to sell parts, cables, accessories, books and games. These guys usually take cash only, but you can usually haggle prices (especially if you purchase more than one item with them).

The upper levels are usually for offices and other non-merchant activities.

The businesses right next to and around the building are also computer and electronic related and worth a look as well.

There are eateries on the first floor.

Taiwan is famous for its electronic products, over here it is a full electronic mall that you can find everything about computers.

Hard disk, laptops etc. if you want to buy Taiwanese laptop brand like Asus, you can find quite a good deal here as it is local made.

Like any other electronic market in Asia this place is very crowded and full of little stalls that sell almost anything electronic you might want to buy. If you are into those things (like me), it's a must go. Prices can be haggled, and certainly they are cheaper than other standard places around Taipei.

If you have the time and have specific items in mind, it would be good to check out Guanghua Digital Plaza. Make sure to check out different sellers as the prices can vary a lot. For example, I was looking at printer ink cartridges and prices at different sellers ranged from 500 to 800 NTD. They don't accept credit card as mode of payment, just cash.
Overall impression though, I was expecting bargain prices but found out that prices at my home country could be cheaper than here..
