I visited from India to tainan for a business trip, hotel is situated at very good location in marketplace. staff is very cordial & understand well the need of overseas customers, food is also very good. staff speaks English well.

We were very satisfied with all aspects like room, service, breakfast buffet, location. We stayed 2 nights from 1st to 3rd October 2011 during our trip to the southern part of Taiwan and would have stayed longer if our plans were not travelling to the southern end of Taiwan. An interesting fact was the quietness of the room even though it was only 30 meters from the Minzu 2nd section road. The staff was very helpful to call taxis, advise on our further trip to the south (even calling a hotel to check room rates with discount), write notes to use when buying tickets or travelling by taxi. The breakfast buffet was great with Chinese and some western food. Even the coffee was much better than in many other places. The room could be slightly larger (larger windows) and the internet connection somewhat faster, but overall it was OK for us. We felt warmly welcome and will go again if our itinerary has Tainan in it again.
