We stayed for one night just before Chinese New Year. The room was clean and quiet. The dinner and breakfast were great. We loved the snacks and wine in the evening and the sunrise with juice and snacks was nice too. All service was prompt and polite and helpful. The only drawback was the lack of things to do near the hotel but the hotel itself was nearly perfect!

-All amenities in room were to a very high standard; definitely noticed!
-Nice balcony space & quiet view as the road the hotel is on is not a busy one
-Excellent service everywhere!!....checking in, allowing for late check out as we had car issues, trying to help us with room temperature (A/C guy), room/housekeeping service.
-Austin Li was very helpful with local places to eat outside of the hotel, parking after we checked out & general local info etc
-Nice rooftop swimming pool & hot spring
-Huge Breakfast selection

Cons
-Only con & quite a big one; was we couldn't control the temperature in our room.....which is a little worrying! We couldn't even turn it off without it still staying the same temperature & a constant hum..... I had to take the duvet off the bed & keep the balcony door open to try to cool the room down....but the air was still being set at a central temperature despite the fact we had turned off the A.C! This is the only thing that does not reflect a high standard hotel.......If you can change this.....this hotel is really great! Would love to book again!
