This is the signature restaurant of this resort and the food matches the status of the restaurant. The prices are fairly expensive however they do offer a three course dinner at a discounted price of 1290 Baht which I took. It consisted of:
Papaya saland with crispy soft shell crab, Braised beef cheek with grilled polenta and Plum's Tiramisú for dessert.
Food was nice without being of standout quality.
They also supplied complementary bread, raspberry sorbet between first and second courses, scented hand towels and ginger tea to conclude.
Service was very attentive, possibly due to us being the only ones dining in the restaurant. The outdoor area was closed, and the french doors shut, due to rain earlier on that afternoon which meant the view was not as good as it could have been.
Still, a great spot for dinner and very romantic setting. A specisl occasion venue.

One of the best meals i have had. Spent an enjoyable week at Cape Sienna Hotel and after the first meal here on the second night, i knew i would spend each night here. So much choice and everything cooked to perfection. If you get confused, just choose the Chef's special menu and you can enjoy about 7 courses of heavenly food. Can't wait to visit again.

Stayed at the resort 2 nights and ate at Plum both, couldn't be bothered to go anywhere else with the hassle of transportation, traffic, etc.
Views are great over the bay of Kamala, service efficient and friendly but not overwhelming and in your face.
Food was great, a little amuse came with compliments and then we had some great starters with the Soft Shell crab with Papaya salad, which was a bit of fusion, as it was not as spicy as you would get in a Thai restaurant, but the crab was nice and crisp, not oily and portion size was rather big. Wild mushroom soup was excellent too. A little sherbet before the main course was really different and nice and was again complimentary; it was an olive oil sherbet with aged Balsamico.
We choose Snow fish in lobster juice as a main which was the highlight and very nice, the other dish was Tagliatta beef, which was soft and tender and the sauce was divine but to my liking the meat was a little low in meat flavour if this makes any sense, still nice though. We decided to share a dessert, being quite full already, so here came the Lava cake with Pistachio ice cream...and man oh man we regretted our decision....to share it. It was gobbled up within minutes. The combination of the sweet and bitter Lava cake with the punchy and strong flavours of the Pistacchio ice cream (best we ever had) plus some nice Amarena cherries...match made in heaven and on the second night we couldn't resist and took each one again. Second night we started with sharing a Rissotto which was very well done and had a sharing plate of Seafood and meats which was huge and we struggled as we had to leave some space for the dessert which we couldn't miss. Two nights of foodie heaven. Prices for a hotel were really reasonable for the quality and size of portions offered and even the house wines by the glass were very good; we had the Italian white and red and both were well above house wine level and fairly priced. All prices are net which is a nice touch you don't see too often in hotels in Phuket. We surely come again to Plum whenever in Phuket, wherever we stay....it is on our must do list in Phuket. It definitely helped us to love the hotel even more, as for us it is not only the room, it is the food, the atmosphere, the possibility to relax and chill out and enjoy good food, wine and our companionship.

I had dinner here with my girlfriend on our first night in Cape Sienna. We managed to book one of the tables in the water (lucky break!). The view of the sunset is absolutely stunning from here! I couldn't get enough. We ordered about 4 dishes which only came up to 2,000 Thai Baht which was incredibly reasonable. We had the soft shell crab salad, talapia, prawn risotto and chocolate lava cake. Each dish was well prepared and absolutely delicious. The service was also stellar. The waitresses were polite and attentive. Will return!

This is not upscale food. Eat anywhere else, even at the beach. Or go to Andara next door. The food was a very low quality, not expected in a fancy place like this. Im used to fine dining
