My boyfriend and I took a day of work to spend Sunday and Monday morning in Comwell. We had heard that they have an excellent Wellness section. We got a wellness package including 1 night at the hotel, spa, 4 meal dinner and breakfast menu. It was a package price that was significatly cheaper for Sunday compared to Saturday. But then we had to take the day of work.

We arrived already a 3pm ready to spend all day in the spa. We wanted to book treatments and massage, but they had no staff available this day. Personally I really needed a massage and had been looking at their website and knew exactly what I wanted and had been looking forward to it. The recetionist promised to try and find someone to come in.
The room was not particularly nice and we got 2 single beds, which was a bit weird considered we were a couple. But we didn't mind too much about the room as we wanted to spend our time in the spa anyways. The Spa section is nice. There's a swimming pool, a sauna, a steam batch and a spa pool. Next to the spa there's a chill out room with sofas a different teas and nuts. There was no tea water though.
Also the Spa store was unmanned. I didn't bring any hair treatments since I expected it to be available at the Spa. Also wanted to buy some budy scrubs. I am sure we could have asked the reception to come over and open the store, but by then we were tired from spending time in the spa section and just went back to our room.
The dinner was a completely different league. The service was excellent the and food was simply phenomenal. We got a wine menu to fit with the 4 course meal and we were overly excited.
The breakfast buffet was one of the better. You could make your own pancakes. Coffee was so so and the scrambled eggs was one of those industrial eggs thingies that just tastes like paper.

So all in a all a mixed experience. The restaurant saved it completely and I think Comwell needs to decide if they wanna do wellness packages on Sundays or not.

Room Tip: I you want treatments book them beforehand and ask about the bed.

Our family (kids aged 7 and 8) booked the room same day while driving from Hamburg. After staying all day in the car we wanted a hotel with the pool. When arriving to the hotel (at 8 pm) the receptionist (with bad english) announced that the kids have no access to the pool area at the evening hours. She also told us that the pool fee is charged separately (165DKK/prs). We were very dissapointed as the room price was already very high (180€) and we had never exprienced that the pool is not included. Time limitations for kids are understandable though.
We wanted to cancel the booking but that was not possible (booked through hotels.com).
Family room was very tiny for two extra beds.
There was no air conditioning (outside temperature +25).
Can not recommend this hotel! Families are obviously not welcome to Comwell hotels.

Cosy hotel close to Kosør golf course. We had a nice bright room with access to a couple of chairs and in addition a view to the golf course. The spa is lovely, with not the same facilities as other Comwell spa hotels. We had a great stay at the hotel.

I was meet by a friendly staff, the interior is nice but it felt as if the whole hotel as such could use a make over.
I paid extra to have a "suite" and therefor expected more. To some extend I got half of that - The room was much bigger than the normal rooms, with a sofa and extra chairs, had a large balcony, and a new B&O tv
However the lightning was either full power or nothing, the lamps by the beds was smart but did not function as designed, the toilet and shower was run down (I hate when the the tap or shower head needs to be decalcified) and Bathrobes had a terrible smell of vinegar, probably due to that it had been too long in a plastic bag.
The restaurant was ok, but not gourmet.
The hotel is probably a great conference hotel, but just as a stay over is only average for me.
