Young, lazy staff. Place looked like it hadn’t been swept all day. No clean spoons. No napkins. Overpriced.

Had a quick coffee stop here, friendly staff and a great coffee who could ask for more,
It’s a clean and tidy place and has a great selection of snacks and light bites a good place for the whole family

Had lunch here with friends, liked the idea of being shown to a table - saves the embarrassment of 1 person sitting at a table for meant for 4! Had a really nice sandwich and large cup,of tea, however the diners on the next table waiting nearly 20 mins for a toastie! Tables are cleared regularly but floors need a bit more care. Would definitely go back though!

While shopping in the Trafford centre we popped into to the cafe for a coffee .what a wrong decision it was there was napkins and bits of rubbish on the floor where they make the drinks . Took ages for the coffee to be make (4 people waiting at the till for their drinks) no glasses to pour bottled drinks into. No apologies no nothing .A serious re think needed on customer service!

Great little stop if you are waiting for the Lego Discovery Centre. We had an overexcited child and being able to sit somewhere quiet while we waited was great.

Being M&S they had a range of options for kids and while we just had toast and drinks it was perfect at the time. Quiet and good quality facilities and staff were helpful.
