It is unfortunate that you had a bad experince and thus not fully enjoy your stay whilst being at the lodge.
For the benefit of our readers, I feel it is important to elaborate on the situation;
Our Reservations team informed your agent in advance about the wedding that was due to take place at the lodge and had offered our sister property as an alternative but that had been declined.
Upon arrival, I informed you and the rest of your family about the event and an alternative would be made for your dinner as the restaurant would not be available.
All of your rooms were allocated away from the noise, however you insisted to be realocated so as to add some distance between the family.
Upon your complaint about the music, we requested the wedding group, and the music was lowered. But it was not low enough for you.
On this note, Guests in the other 2 rooms had no complaints regarding the music level. Had you chose to stay in the room allocated then there would not have been any challenges regarding the music levels.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
