Perfect view and very friendly staff! Breakfast was good and tasty, rooms were clean and new and I really liked toiletry in the room. The only difficulty was the road to the hotel. Will definitely return! More

Initially we wanted to just stay for 1 night on an island and in a hotel. But when we come, our mind was changed momentarily. The hotel was perfect, rooms are very new and clean, the view from the window was awesome, staff was so kind. And we decided to stay for more days there.
The view from window is especially beautiful! When you wake up you can see island Bali and mount Agung right from you bed. I didn’t believe that I can see such beauty, even after several days spent there.
They have beautiful spa zone, with perfect spa programs. I really recommend that there!
Also a restaurant and breakfast were very good!
They made our vacation really perfect! Thank you

We stayed a night there, view was wonderful, spacious room, clean and perfect.. service very professional.. i will be back again for sure... love to see Mount Agung when woke up in the morning from bedroom.. it's so amazing....

The View from our room was stunning .. u can saw mt. agung very clearly. the staff very helpful, and you can learn how to dive for Free .. last one.. i recomended u rent car/motorcyle for ur mobility.

Indeed that one of our facility is offering Dive training session for those who interested to learn or doing the diving excursion. Renting a car with driver is the safest rather than motorbike (if you are not a moto driver) specially location that are more challenging. However, we tried to understand that the 3 bubble does not reflected the feedback you given us. We would love to learn to improve our service in anyway.

The stunning view is the main reason to stay here. But once arrived the rooms and service from the staff are also impressive. We had a spa treatment which was fabulous...highly recommend to assist with your recovery from the many stairs you will walk in Penida plus the heat.
