My family and I stopped here for lunch twice. It was an excellent place to stop and refuel. It was great value for money a big bottle of water 1.50, small beer 3, can of Coke 2.50, chips 4.50, hot dog 4.50 and a salted crepe and cheese 6 euros. Great views. Definitely a good place to give your legs a rest.

Recently revamped, this place is simply gorgeous. Sit in a deckchair in the Spring sunshine and enjoy morning coffee or lunch with views to die for!! Very popular so get there early if you want to eat. It can be found if you follow the Escargot trail.

Had a lovely lunch stop here on our ski trip to Val Cenis. We had yummy paninis and green salad - very good value for money as the paninis are huge!!!

You have to ski here in winter though

We have been skiing in Val Cenis for many years and one of the attractions is lunch and refreshments at the Crepe des Glases. The vin chaud blanc is a special treat and as for the crepes - Mmmm. The open air cafe is sited on the piste and whilst you can access it on foot, it is very much a day-time venue. Note also, that its sunny position means that the snow will have melted by mid March which is when it normally closes.
