We had been meaning to visit the Gnome reserve for years, bu finally did this week. Although the weather wasn’t very good we enjoyed our little trip around the reserve. With so many smiley faces looking at you it was hard not to....totally bonkers with us both wearing gnome hats it just added to the fun.

We visited the gnome reserve on a cloudy day which we first thought would ruin our little trip. We couldn't have been more wrong! We paid £3.75 each for admission where you are also given a gnome hat (colour of your choice!). We then explored the little gnome woodlands with lots of laughs along the way. After you finish the gnome garden you then go to the fairy garden where you can take part in a quiz.
All in all, it's a very cute place which gave us a couple of hours entertainment taking photos in our gnome hats. A light hearted giggle to entertain you!
We even took a gnome home with us as a gift for my nan which the lady said she made herself.

Would recommend! :-)

We stayed for about and hour and half walking round the woods the see the vast number of gnomes. There are loads!! We went in the fairy garden but because it’s autumn it was all starting to die. The lady running it is very good at making little gnomes for people to buy and we came away with 4! The price is right for what you see.

Third visit over the last 31 years, and it is better than ever! A little piece of magic hidden away where adults can become children again. There are so many gnomes, and new ones obviously added every year with up to date themes and very amusing scenes. This is obviously a place which has been the love child of the owner for much of her life and which she still gets great pleasure from.
Makes a pleasant change to be able to while away a couple of hours, have a nice cream tea and not break the bank. This is not your average money grabbing commercialised setup and it is much better for it!
Even if you haven't got young kids (we took our 22 year old and she loved it!) this is still a nice place to visit, have a picture taken with the friendly little gnomes and go fairy hunting in the flower garden!

Gnome land is unique. The owner is delightful. You walk though gnome land and see hundreds of gnomes living in their own worlds. There's even a place where you can fish for your lottery numbers. There is an area of old stone gnomes. Afterwards you walk though the fairy garden with your quiz board. You will love wearing your gnome hat (supplied). It's lovely to see other human gnomes wearing their gnome hat's. This makes everyone talk to each other. There are gnomes to buy. Also the owner is a incredible artist and model maker. She sells prints of her limited-edition artwork for only five pounds. I would love to be the custodian of gnome land. That you for a lovely afternoon in a magical world of gnomes and fairies.
