Centrally located property for comfortable stay!

The memories of Wayanad keep lingering on and thanks to Mr Pramod Gladson for making our stay all the more comfortable. The villa is truly a home away from home.

I visited the place along with my daughters and friends to escape the routine of daily life. Since we were a 'all ladies group', I was very much skeptical reading different reviews to find a good stay. Truly it was a best decision to opt for this villa. It is a centrally located property and we had no trouble taking an auto with minimum charges from Kalpetta bus stand to reach there.

We were given a spacious villa with all facilities like clean bed rooms and bath rooms with running hot water / cold water 24X7. Yummy breakfast was served everyday in the dining room at our preferred time. Cleanliness is the highlight here.

He arranged for our sight seeing when we requested to. The driver was very polite and took care of our needs.

Last but not the least, Mr Pramod also took the trouble to drop us all back to the bus stand on the last day in his own car.

I plan to send my elderly parents to visit Wayanad soon and will gladly book the villa again as i enjoyed the stay very much.

Best Stay in Wayanad

Have been to wayanad for 4 times but never found a better place to stay at than summer villa home stay. The best place for the best price . The host Mr.Pramod is very helpful and is always ready to help in whatever way possible.

-The home stay is very close Kalpetta bus stand (about 1 km) .
- The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean.
- Bathrooms are also very clean and there is a 24 hr hot water supply.
- The furniture in the room is very well maintained.
- There is an open space outside the room which can be used for parking the vehicle.
- The best part is that the room is situated between a lot of trees and plants, so we got awesome mornings waking up to the sound if birds chirping and a wonderful view outside the room.
- The food provided is traditional Kerala food. Very tasty home cooked food.

Apart from this Mr Pramod was very helpful. We had reached Kalpetta around 6 in the the morning and was given an early check in as the room was not occupied. He arranged a bike for us to travel around wayanad. He also planned our entire trip which place to visit when and we could cover all the major destinations in wayanad in 3 days.

This wayanad trip has been a very memorable one thanks to Mr. Pramod and Summer Villa homestay. Highly recommend it to everyone travelling to wayanad.

Best place to be at

Had been to this place with a friend for 2 days stay. Mr. Pramod, the homestay owner, is an awesome guy. We were provided with authentic delicious Kerala food. The way he has maintained the lush vegetation around the house is simply incredible. If you are planning to enjoy the nature, this is the best place to be at.

“God's Own Place of Paradise”

A lovely place of paradise Kalpetta (Waynad) and excellent with pleasant stay in SUMMER VILLA. Especially Mr. Pramod Gladson who provides us all the facility. Beautiful House, Tastey Breakfast, Hot water, Comfortable . Feel like heaven... peace of pleasant stay in garden of Trees around the house. Mostly his Hospitality of Pramod's Family & Team. My Heartfully thanks to Mr.Pramod he help me lot to find my luggadge when i lost my bag in bus ... A nice decent, memorable, pleasant and happy stay at Summer Villa Home Stay (Waynad)... Best place to stay with family also for bachelors

we booked two bedroom villa but actually it has three bedrooms. two bedrooms had restrooms and also equipped with ac. The hospitality is really awesome. The owner of the property Mr.Promod awesome guy he provides all facility and yummy food.
