We visited this place on march 2018. It is half hour ride from kaziranga Forest. You can visit it after visiting kaziranga. To reach the waterfall you have to walk through 9 water-crossing. We thoroughly enjoyed the walk.

Kakochang Waterfalls is the best and cool place to visit. Many people come here to see the beauty and to feel the freshness of the water. The best part is to go to the base of the waterfall where a natural pool is found. Very cool place.

Easy to locate just follow Google maps, search for kakochang falls. Surprised the locals call it Kaipholangso falls. If you're travelling by car, you will have to trek about 3.5 km to reach the falls. Not difficult at all, but for kids it might be tiring. Awesome scenery along the way as you wade through the stream that Criss crosses the path to the falls. Not many know of this place, but it's a real gem. Unspoiled nature.
