We had a very pleasant couple of nights here in June. Beautiful views across the beach and bay. It is a little bit of a trek to the nearby shops, restaurants, etc --- about 5-10 minutes walk on a hilly road --- but not too far. Nice breakfasts in the morning. Pleasant pool on the roof.

We had our room at quite a good price, and very much enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has lots potential, wonderful views of the ocean, our room had private access to an Infinity pool over looking the ocean, we thought it was very unique.
On the other side, this place is outdated and in need of major remodeling. There is a funky smell that goes away once the AC is on but still. Paint, decorations, windows, fixtures, water leak, restaurant... it just seems outdated and neglected.
Breakfast was just fine, service average.
For one night stay, it worked since we needed to get close to airport.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Totally not worth the money. After arriving in a bad storm, the reception was flooded as water gushed through the doors and ceiling. The lady at reception spoke poor English. We were told on arrival we had been ‘upgraded’ from the first floor to the 2nd floor with a better view. However when we got to the room we found it to be filthy with a broken window and a lizard in the room. We complained to reception and asked for a refund. The room was nowhere near to the standard of the pictures. Then after refusing to offer a refund or any compensation we were offered another room of a ‘higher standard’. In reality it was the room next door to where we were staying and was of the same standard. The balcony door was now broken as well as the front door. The shower was filthy with mould around the frame. It was extremely loud in room as the windows were so thin. We stayed for one night and left the following day cutting our trip short losing out on the money we had paid for the additional 2 nights. As we left we weren’t offered an apology instead we were told to wait while staff were busy with other things to check us out. The hotel was a complete ghost town with the only guests checking out. I would NOT recommend anyone to stay here, although the pool and gym seemed nice it isn’t worth the hassle. It is far from any restaurants aside from the hotel restaurant which is also terrible. I ordered a Thai green curry which was expensive didn’t come with rice (which is unheard of in Thailand) and full of limes leaving about 2 spoon fulls of soup. I would urge people not to stay here for the rude staff alone it is not worth it.

Room views are unbeatable. I can just stay in the room whole day to enjoy the magnificent views. I'm okay with the hotel room cleanliness and comfort as well, and the shower that's facing the ocean.

Other than that, please don't harbor high expectations in the room service, hotel staff service and food quality. I'd only rate them as average.

Room Tip: Superior Oceanfront room has one of the best views, quiet, calm and relaxing.

Fabulous views ... no complaints there . Breakfast and room service very average . In fact couldn’t eat the room service meals of burger and fries . There is no hot water available at breakfast to dilute the dreadful tea and coffee that sits brewing away . The egg station was good .
There is a terrible smell in the the elevator and actually the entire hotel has wafts of strange odours .
The staff are not particularly friendly or helpful . The parking attendants tho are outstanding , so Thankyou to those guys .
The room was clean and the bed was super big and comfy . Room facilities were good except for the 2 very small bottles of water provided every day ... definetly not enough - at least need to upsize !
The rooftop pool has fabulous views but is very old .... a lot of broken tiles and you have to put u your own umbrella , I don’t mean just open it , I mean actually carry it from the bar down to your lounger and into the stand . The cocktails up there .... I’m pretty sure contained watered down alcohol or very very little alcohol .
Went to the restaurant for dinner - had Tom yum gai , dreadful is a good word for it & a very small portion . Wanted a glass of white wine but even tho it was on the menu ... there was no wine available to buy by the glass !? What ?
Summary ... amazing views , very average hotel and in need of a major overhaul , including staff . Over priced .
