We have just returned from a family holiday here and had a lovely time.

Good points

Staff were friendly and helpful
It seemed to attract a good standard of guest-that isn't meant to sound snobby but everyone there was so polite well behaved!
Great food-enough variety to have something different every night with lots of choice.
Good location-short drives/bus journeys to visit other areas...and there is lots to see and do.
Didn't use the kids club but saw it in action and it looked safe and fun.
Very clean hotel-staff did a great job...and I am a fussy former chambermaid!
The baby cot was perfect-looked very new and in good condition. They provided suitable bedding.

Bad points

Indoor pool was very small and always full.
Coffee was terrible-including coffee purchases at the cafe.
I would've liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room for the price we paid.
More space in the bedroom and a more comfortable sofa bed in the livingroom would be good. We had hoped to put our toddler in the bedroom so we could sleep in living area but it wasn't suitable. Instead we had to hide in our tiny room every night after our wee girl was put to bed at 8ish. Not ideal.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay with Iberostar again because of this.

We went here over Easter. The hotel is beautiful, staff are fantastic and rooms are lovely. The all inclusive is not very good compared to other hotels. The hotel fronts a gorgeous beach although it is a long walk into Alcudia. We couldn't fault the staff, they were all lovely. A lady known as "Little Maria" was exceptionally friendly and smiley. The rest of the bar staff were friendly as were the reception staff, maintenance and housekeeping staff. Always smiling and friendly. The only thing we could fault was the food. The first few days (out of season) was very poor, although it got better over Easter weekend - although never hot. Salads and cheeses were lovely. Snacks might as well have been non existent -although this might get better as the season progresses. The entertainment staff were very pleasant and hard working. Chris and Ardeanna were both really friendly and made a point to stop and chat. We will go back to this hotel but not out of season. If you struggle with the food as we did there is a fantastic restaurant a few hundred feet away called Boy - my husband is still raving about it.

This hotel was very good. It was affordable, and well located especially if you are on a cycling holiday. The pool was clean and the premises was in good condition.

My husband and I went in March and the hotel was not too busy, and the staff were extremely friendly. We had a view of the beach from our room, and could walk down the beach through other hotels.

You are able to rent a bicycle and experience the nearby scenes.

The food was good. Best to skip the stale sandwiches that are left out during the gaps between breakfast, lunch and dinner. Unfortunately we were so busy sight seeing that we always missed lunch and had to settle for the sandwiches.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the bathroom had seen better days, but for the price of the whole stay it was acceptable.

Overall, it was a lovely first experience of an all-inclusive hotel, and definitely good value for money. (actual date of visit was March 2012 Long overdue review)

Visited here with my girlfriend for 7 nights after taking the ferry from Ibiza where we'd been for 4 nights.

We arrived about 2am and were welcomed at the reception by Benjamin, absolute top marks for this guy - he really was fantastic the whole holiday! He gave us two big bottles of water to take to our room which was a nice touch, although they are free from reception anyway it was a nice thoughtful touch given that we hadn't asked for them. He gave us what must have been one of if not THE best room in the hotel - Room 1111. It was right above the restaurant, but the balcony was absolutely huge and had it's own sun loungers, sofa and more. He also informed us that we could still get food despite the time of night, as they leave food out in the restaurant for people arriving and departing at odd hours which was great.

The hotel is very family-orientated with lots of kids everywhere, but we as a couple still more than enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is right on the front of an amazing beach with crystal clear waters that stay shallow (up to my knees) for about 50 metres. The food was very good, although the restaurant can be pretty manic in the evening but we always managed to get a table. We usually tried to get a table outside at the back of the restaurant as it was really nice out there.

We only sat by the pool once the entire holiday as we weren't able to get a sun lounger all the other days due to people 'reserving' them sometimes by 8am. This is obviously an issue at the hotel going by the other reviewers. At the hotel in Ibiza we had visited the week before, towels left on the sunbeds before the pool opened were simply removed by the staff, as were towels left on beds all day with no sign of anyone lying there. This makes sense as half the time towels were left on sun loungers for a whole day with nobody even lying there. Our only other gripe was with one of the barmen 'Pep' who was rude to us and other people on a number of occasions for no apparent reason, it's not what you expect when you've paid a lot of money for a holiday, but I must insist every single other staff member we encountered were really friendly and pleasant!

Overall a great hotel and I would definitely return.

Room Tip: Room 1111, biggest balcony in the whole place.
