We discovered this amazing hotel during our trip through Carpathian. Service was more than great! Especially I am grateful to Anna Grutsakovich for her help and friendliness! We travel most of the time with our dogs and it’s not a problem in Europe but to find a pet friendly hotel in Ukrainian is challenging.
Apartel Shayan is new, very clean, nicely designed hotel with European service.
We would definitely come back!
