Stayed here for one night in busy season.
The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast offering and service was exceptional.
Friendly staff and convenient location near the marina and main food and shopping areas. Highly recommend !

I stayed 2 days in this hotel, nice looking handsome but I was eaten by mosquitos. It has been 4 days I am still itching, They have not put screens on windows, common flies and mosquitoes and who knows what all those little creatures comes in. No way you can open your windows for air, Aircondition was not working, disastrous.
High stairs no elevator, If you are suffering with knee pain do not even consider to stay, even if they you room for free.

I’ve stayed at Kapya Cunda with friends last month. Location of the hotel is very good, its right at the center of Cunda. They have their own free parking space, which is very nice -especially to us; people from İstanbul whom are tired from paying for parking :) Forgot to take pictures of the room but our rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, even disposable bath products they left in the rooms were high quality products. Sitting at the rooma balcony getting fresh air and the birds singing in the morning is an absolute fairy tale. I would recommend coming here especially to people who are from crowded big cities and need some peace of mind. A very generous open buffet breakfast is included with the room. They have a restaurant only opens in high season, but when we were there they were kind enough to cook for us with only one person working in the kitchen, and I gotta say food was fantastic. The staff and the owners were really helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at Kapya Cunda again, in fact I hope I’ll be there again this summer :)
