Stayed (sadly) for one night only. Wished it could have been more.
A romantic getaway with the wife turned into a magical stay that included late night pool swim, romantic diner and of course a couple massage with chocolate, wine and many more.
Beautiful place to stay.

I and a colleague stayed at the hotel for a week while on business in San Gil. The hotel itself is really a family resort with two nice pools, a good sauna, and very pretty grounds. The rooms are nice, but not luxurious. The bed was comfortable. Unlike some of the other reviewers we found the staff very unhelpful - even unpleasant, especially at the check-in desk. We were there for a week and I don't think I saw a single smile. I assume the place gets few foreign tourists because no one spoke English and they made no effort to understand. Luckily my colleague speaks Spanish. The food in the dining room ranged from bad to mediocre, especially when you took the specials (placed on a whiteboard). We advise ordering from the menu, which has some good items, especially the salads. The dining room staff were a bit better, but not much. This was our first time in Columbia/San Gil and there many things about this hotel that were strange to us. For example, no glass or screens on the windows. That's because of the climate, which is perfect. I had no problem with mosquitoes or flies, but my colleague said that she had a mosquito problem one night. The hotel was blessedly quiet all week but on the weekend it suddenly exploded with families on holiday. The pool is right in the middle of the hotel and the noise on Friday and Saturday nights was pretty dreadful until late in the evening.

This is a great restaurant with so many options and ingenious dishes. The facilities are clean and the food is fresh, original and well thought.
The pool is well maintained, and the prices are ok. I would come back again!
The Hawaiian pork I ordered is easily one of the best dishes I have tried lately, recommended.

Fancy hotel, look like Melrose place :)
Typical for families, the pool makes it cool place.
I liked the stuff service which was kind and welcome.
The dinning room is satisfying, full of atmosphere and overall calm place to stay in.
Two nights are not enough, seeking for second chance to get there.

This is a hotel run by Colsubsidio. Very nice personnel in the hotel
and in the dinning room. The food was ok too.
I did find the hotel layout in general to be very uncomfortable
especially for anyone with walking hindrances.
There is no elevator service.
The rooms have no decent closet, so all of the clothes had to
be placed on top of the extra bed that is in the room. The wood
paneling on the wall makes it all very dark and with limited
lighting making it impossible to read.
The dinning room is a block from the hotel instalations and one
can get very wet when it rains. And it does rain .
