We loved every minute , everything excellent only downer was the seafood buffet was a let down , but still enjoyable loads of choice and option , we feel that if their was more seafood possibly salmon , loacal caught snapper , barramundi , oysters , squid was over cooked , maybe get a better recipe how to cook squid

Great family location. Great pool and beach at bottom of hill directly across road. Plenty of local food options within walking distance. Great street vendor at bottom of hill selling banana crepes.
Security at hotel keeping an eye on things. Restaurant clean and welcoming.

Just had our first child free holiday, 5 year anniversary and also a sort of honeymoon as we never managed to have one before we had kids so this was a really important break for us.
This hotel is brilliant, traditional decoration, comfortable and the staff were 5* in particular Jam in the restaurant and Max in the spa. These two really stood out during our stay and were so friendly.
The food was nice for breakfast and dinner as we had both included and they do Thai cooking classes for a reasonable price - we didn’t take advantage of this but spoke to people who did and they said it was great fun.
The adults only area was great, quiet and relaxing but I would love to take our kids once they’re a bit older as it has a great family vibe as well.
Plenty to do in the local area as well as free shuttles into Patong if you want something a bit busier but Karon is a great happy medium between tourist and peaceful (or at least it was during the low season in September).
Only down side is it’s a shame they don’t do all inclusive as we ended up having far too many cocktails (which were lovely!!) but they’re expensive in comparison to other places in the town.
Overall would go there again in a heart beat, thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.
