Location is by the main road with nearby salon, massage, money exchange, restaurants, coffee shop. Very accessible and short walking distance to the beach.

I was welcomed by pleasant and accommodating recep. Check in process was quick and didnt have to wait long before I got into my room. Was impressed with the hotel design, new and well kept. Room is great and i love everything about it. I got a room in 2nd floor. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Balcony is also spacious, overlooking at the pool. Wifi has strong connection in my room. Breakfast was nothing special, not much food choices.

The price I paid for a 1-night stay was worth the money. It's very affordable!

Recommending this place and would come back again if given the chance next time I will be in Phuket. :)

I've stayed here for three times with ma family and every visit was perfect. Good breakfast, good location...near the sea. Our room was at the 3fl and with the view to the sea,and of course to the swimpool. Stuff didn't disturb us when we were in the room, more than that they were polite and not bothersome..4 me it's very important. All three times we had early check in and late check out without any problems. I do recommend this hotel. And in the next time choose also this one.

We booked a deal on Expedia and the room we were shown we were not happy with. It was a bottom floor with zero view (literally a concrete wall out the window). Also the bathroom and the area you walk in is not part of the room and isn't air conditioned. It's exposed to outside and therefore bugs could get into that area.

We asked for an upgraded room but had to pay 500 baht to upgrade per night. The upgraded room was nice but nothing special. The air conditioning worked well. The WiFi is the rooms is basically non existent, normally I wouldn't complain but its nice to have WiFi when you're trying to plan the rest of your trip.

The location is good and close to the beach.

I was in Phuket at this hotel for close to 3 weeks, working vacation. The internet was not as good as would have liked for getting my work done. Big comfy bed, big comfy bathtub. Late afternoon cleaning was possible so I could sleep late and still get the room cleaned- that was great.

Location: off the main road, down a long driveway. In an ok town , just one step calmer than the bigger town next to it, but still a lot of hustle and bustle: people, people wanting to sell you a day trip or massage.
Cleanliness: the room felt clean, but then you notice the ceiling fan in the hallway was never dusted, or the sand swept out of the shower, but pretty good.
Amenities: pool- I wish it were open earlier and later, minbar- which was free- more variety such as Diet Coke instead of Coke, lobby- could use an ashtray if it the only place I can smoke I booked my tours elsewhere as it was much cheaper.
Liked the art, wish there was more of it.
Never had the breakfast or room service.

Room tip: the rooms facing the hotel's pool

Well, I didn't like anything about this hotel
-First of all the staff, the have a very bad english level, I mean 95% of the clients are foreign non-thai speakers and they only speak thai, is so frustrating trying to ask for something 10 times without being understood
-They have two buildings, if you not pay the pool view they put in the building number 2 which is horrible, all rooms have view to a construction site or the ceiling of a restaurant, the windows are not noise-isolated so you can hear eeeeverything from the restaurant, the smells, the noise from the construction, is horrible. Besides the room have no closets or anything to put your clothes, etc. After complaining about my room they put me in the building number 1 with a relatively nice view
-The beds are a shame, hoooorible, is like sleeping in concrete. I spent 6 nights there and I have a back ache that is killing me.
-The room I was given was dirrrrty with used towels and cigarette ashes, I have to ask for a cleaning service because obviouslyyyyy they didn't do it before my arrival
-The breakfast is so limited, I mean the put a lot of hard old bread, some noodles and some omelets which are horrible as well
-You pay so much money and the quality its just not there. Just because they are near the beach they charge you waaaay too much,
-Finally wifi is a joke, free wifi but its soooooooooo slow you just cannot use it

In conclusion, this hotel is a scam..... avoid to book this hotel.....

Room tip: avoid this hotel
