My wife and I spent the later half of December at the L’espirit and really enjoyed ourselves.

Pros: pool villa was gorgeous and clean. We enjoyed the daily breakfast included in our rate and loved that the women who cooked our eggs each morning got to know exactly how we liked our eggs cooked and had them ready with a big plate of pineapple for us. The food from the restaurant was also very good for meals we didn’t feel like going out for. The air conditioning was excellent, and was a nice contrast to the out door private bathroom which made our stay feel really boutique and exotic. My wife had a skin reaction during our stay and the staff called her a doctor that came to our villa and also gave her some calamine lotion to soothe it. The staff made the stay really special, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, well fed and comfortable.

Cons: we had to explain like 10 times that we only wanted a single bed in our villa. The staff was confused by us wanting to sleep in the same bed, which is almost laughable. But eventually they got it and stopped asking. I didn’t love how the resort was set back from the beach and since I’m terrified on creepy crawlers it was stressful for me to make the short walk between the beach and resort at night. They did their best to make that walk ok, but it would have been nice if it had been better lit.

Overall, great spot for a low key, relaxing vacation!

The hotel delivered on all its promises on paper. Everything was in the collection depicted online and the people were very helpful and warm hearted. Good location near the beach and a shopping centre.

We have been visiting this wonderful country for 18 years and have explored much of the country, its beaches and islands, temples and villages. We are somewhat restless and very picky about our accomodations and location.
Having said that, this hotel is so perfect that we decided to stay just here for two and a half months. We have found our paradise and it is affordable!
Why, because it is located in a very quiet spot on the best beach in Phuket. It is in a popular national park where locals mix with european and asian tourists in a veryfriendly and laid back way. Plenty of good restaurants, a few shops, quite enough of the usual bars and massage parlours, with none of the sordidness of Patong. Excellent for families with kids,
The hotel itself is small and well cared for with a staff who really cares. Too many other hotel or restaurant service people of lost their Thai smiles, probably with good reason, but not here.

stayed here one night before our early morning flight to Bangkok. our suite had a living room plus, a spacious bed room, a private pool outside and a big bathroom with a bath tub. the hotel had a big pool and was just in front of the beach.
the bed was super comfortable and the room had AC. we had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious too. all in all a great place to stay especially if you fly out early from Phuket Airport since its only 15 minutes away.

booked there for one night. close to airport (about 10 minutes). at the check in got an offer from them to upgrade my room to a villa (way better then the classic room). break fast is really not great. close to the beach (a nice one) you will have to cross a small river (1 min crossing).
the customer are weird, and too many chinese (speaking loud, very loud).
