We picked up food from this restaurant while on a picnic to a farmhouse near Kalyani. The staff was very helpful and they offered to deliver the food to a place near the farmhouse. Food quality and quantity both are good. We had chicken fried rice, chilly chicken, fish finger, chicken pakoda and chicken drumsticks.
Overall, good restaurant.

We stayed at Dhakeshwari Palace for 3 nights on a family trip for a wedding. They were also the wedding caterers where the food at every ceremony was outstanding to say the least. The room is decent sized (different sizes available) with a mirror, dresser, double-bed, center table, sofa, intercom and cupboard. 24-hour hot water supply was a big plus as it was winter in Kalyani. Mosquito repellent provided. Morning tea available on request. No toiletries were provided (just bucket and mug). Draw-sheet for blankets, extra pillows and bathroom towels had to be called for but for the cost of INR 1,200 per night, I would think the amenities were more than adequate. Wifi available and strong. Toto easily available and location close to grocery stores, salons, chemists etc.

Suggestion:
1. Hang a wall clock in each room
2. Keep a floor wiper in the bathroom so that it can be dried easily
3. Please speak softly at night (not sure if it was staff or guests but loud)
4. Restaurant service needs to speed up

My review is for the Restaurant only -

The restaurant is quite spacious with separate AC and non-AC halls. Both halls are spacious. I had ordered veg dishes for lunch - the polao was delicious but the veg manchurian was just average. Others who accompanied me had ordered non-veg dishes which were ok.

I preferred the nearby Dhakeswari Chinese restaurant (serves some Indian dishes as well), but one of my companions preferred this one. Anyway, this is okay and the ambiance was attractive.

Near ITI crossing. Good tasty food in considerable quantity. Family friendly restaurant. Takes some time to deliver ordered food. Chinese, tandoor items available at reasonable rate. Mutton Biryani very good.

Food here is Delicious. The Menu offers a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes. Parcel is also available. The biriyani is a must try. Perfect place to hang out with friends or family. Value for money.
