Comfortable large rooms with air con and mini fridge. Cool outdoor pool and dining area. Best of all is the incredibly helpful staff especially Delphine. She single-handily managed to sort out my air travel that had been messed up by bad weather. She took the initiative and handled everything perfectly. She totally saved my entire trip!

Adequate hotel in centre of Luganville (which isn't much in itself). Feisty air-con was appreciated after a week on Ratua Private Island and no air-con. Temp outside like a sauna on high. Rooms are small, bathroom tiny, shower blocked up regularly, but its clean and bed had clean white sheets. Staff at front desk good. We only ate breakfast at hotel, but you know a hotel is cheap when they give you margarine instead of butter for your toast. Next time would stay at Deco Stop - fabulous meals and came highly recommended from other travellers.

Room Tip: Choose room with a balcony

This second time we stayed here, the first was when we took shelter from cyclone Pam in 2015 and the hotel was under going the new renovation at that stage. Great to see the how well it turn out. The staff and manager Simon were very helpful with any requests we had and arranged trips and transportation to the sight around the island. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants stay in the centre of town with easy access to all the activities this island has to offer.

This hotel is ideally located as a base to do diving and visit the attractions of santo. it has a pleasant pool area but we were there when they were revarnishing the deck and so for 5 out of the 7 days the pool ambience was interupted... we appreciate maintenance needs to be done but they only actually did this on 2 days and when they did the smell was horrible. the room was adequate with a very effective aircon. the meals were good. it's best asset is the smiley friendly staff but drinks service can be slow at times. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the market and local restaurants. Do not be hesitant to eat at the market.we ate there 4 times and the food was tasty and about $6 a meal. The chinese directly across the road does a huge plate of fried rice for $11 that would feed two. I would have rated it 4 but they forget to do wake up calls 3 times and the maintenance issues around the pool need to be done quickly and after hours.

We found the Espiritu to be a nice comfortable hotel. The room was large and had two bathrooms which was convenient for both of us to shower at the same time. The breakfast was fairly simple but tasty and enjoyable. The restaurant at the hotel is also quite nice.
