An absolute gem of a destination. A rare combination of amazing food and outstanding service in a secluded location where one would least expect such a magical experience. I think Giles and his team - Cleto, Harish, Sanket, Atmaram have done wonders with the place. The food was the freshest and tastiest we’ve had in a long time. The privacy is unparalleled and the excursions to Nivati and the back waters were phenomenal. Not had such a peaceful and perfect getaway in a long time.

Went there for a week. Drivable from Mumbai. Great villas with spectacular views. Personalised food, they catered to vegan, vegetarian and fish requests. Personal pool in each villa where children had a great time! Highlight was the beach which is yours in the first half as hardly anyone else visits. Coco sets you up on the beach. Beautiful small property where you don’t meet others. Service is of high standards. Thanks to Kleto, Harish, Garka and the chefs.

No words describe the sensation when entering the villa: that blue see & sky view hit you, like a slap, but a good slap, the one that takes all your stress away in an instant.
The accomodation could not be in more harmony with the surroundings. The staff are so kind and attentive, you feel instantly at home.
And when you think it can't get better, there comes the food! The local dishes are mouthwatering, we can't get enough!!
I just loved the whole Coco Shambala experience, it has left me hungry for more❤️

This place is just awesome. Be it couples, family or a small group, it fits everyone. Each villa has maximum privacy without compromising the view. Food is delicious and the staff really makes it a point to serve you maximum variety in vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian cuisine. Mr. Clato the property manager earnestly looks after the guests. All in all it was a beautiful experience

We stayed here from 14-17 Nov 2020.
Positives:
1. Awesome food tailored to our food restrictions and taste. Impeccable!! Can’t be better than this.
2. Prompt service. All the staff members are highly motivated and strive to achieve perfection in whatever they are doing. Special mention for Suhas and Cleto
3. Stunning views because of thoughtful and very tasteful architecture of all villas. Three cheers for Jiles!!
4. Right amount of adventure. We did scuba near the lighthouse and visited the waterfall in the middle of the forest for a refreshing hike + bath!!
Negative:
1. We stayed in villa 4 “varenya” which has very unstable WiFi. However, by the end of the stay we were all happy about it because it offered a good digital detox as well.
