About to leave after a week in this hotel, it's decent for the money and I can't say I dislike the people there but we're not being treated as guests, we're seen as a necessary evil. We had a decent room which was by far the nicest apparently, we had to share a tiny bathroom with 8 people and there were rooms that had to share a shower with other rooms. Apart from that you could shower for approximately 2/3 minutes until icicles started developing on the showerhead (unless you showered at a ridiculous time, I assume the boiler was about the size of my water bottle). The food was decent but nothing to shout about, and the son of the owner (who was waiting tables but looked like a bouncer) turned out to be quite nice (although he acted like a bouncer in the most literal way: when I tried to ask one of my fiends what they had done he pulled me by my shoulder because I was "in the way and delaying")
The WiFi didn't reach our room or the dining room, but I assume there were rooms where the WiFi did in fact work. But what annoyed me the most by far is that the fairly comfortable bed I slept in nearly disintegrated when I sat on it (I weigh 75kg so nothing ridiculous there) and when I informed the owner of it that evening I was told off for not mentioning it soon enough. This was not up to standards anyway but the most disgraceful part about all this is that after they allegedly fixed it, the plywood planks (which reminded me more of cardboard) caved in again when I went to lie down and after we checked out I had to pay €40 euro's for a single wooden plank (a ridiculous amount for such a piece of low quality IKEA wood) which they had clearly not replaced. On top of all that, none of the wooden planks were actually broken, just displaced and easy to fix, but the complaint was ofcourse completely ignored and we weren't allowed to leave the hotel before the amount was payed. I have no personal hatred for the staff (although I find the owner frightfully inhospitable and borderline cruel) but I find their way of running this "hotel" pathetic and in sure need of improvement.

Stayed in this Lovely, tipically Austrian, hotel in the nice little place of Bramberg.
Really simple but very oké hotel, managed by the enthousiast couple Sylvia and Hans from Holland.
Fine and clean rooms, tasty and local food, good drinks, but above all nice people surrounding you, as wel as those who worked there as wel as the guests, from abroad and from Bramberg.
Further more, there are very good skiresorts around Bamberg, such as, Kaprun, Kitzbuhl, Zell am See and Gerlosl. Just around the corner is the Wildkogel Arena situated, wich is a very good layed out skienvironment

Room Tip: All the rooms Sems to be oké.
