An incredible hotel which is, unfortunately, being hit by the lack of tourism in the area since the earthquake. This is an incredible place to stay based on the quality of the rooms and also the sheer brilliance of the staff.

During my stay, despite limited English, the staff patiently communicated with me in Mandarin and helped me and my friends secure a bag that had been left on the long-distance bus. They also facilitated getting drivers and helping us through a variety of situations going above and beyond the expectations of the hotel staff. Truly 5* service.

The breakfast is excellent, the first hotel I have stayed in China which served good quality bread alongside the usual stuff.

The massages are very good quality but unfortunately, while I was there, the pool facilities and hot springs were empty.

A great hotel to stay in to visit the area.

Super great grand hotel. Very spacious lobby, excellent service and staff. We had 2 nights stay here. Beautifully decorated n very near to Jiuzhaigou Romance Park. We had wide selection of food for our buffet dinner n breakfast. Extremely happy to spend our holidays here. Very convenient to go shopping for local products, souvenirs n special collection. Can go for stage show performance at the nearby theater. Local seasonal fruits can be bought from farmers along the road side in-front of the hotel.

A very nice 5 star resort with Tibetian style. All rooms comes with a small extended living room area which is very spacious. Ground floor garden facing rooms comes with external jacuzzi pool outside the room.

Had both bkfast and dinner buffet here as choice of food from outside restaurants might not be suitable for everyone. Good spread of western, Chinese, local and small selection of sushi rolls for dinner. More than adequate choices of food for dinner.

There are many shops outside and beside the hotel which sell many souvenirs, bags, scarf at good prices.

For those who are interested in performance, there's a nightly performance next to the hotel. Friends who went said it's very good and worth watching.

A great choice of hotel if budget permits.

The first impression about this hotel the view from outside is average only. But once you stepped into the lobby, is grand and packed with people. Staff are friendly and helpful. However the corridor is rather dark need more lights. The room is spacious, very comfortable bed, love the pillows, nice fireplace. However, there's no place to put your personal toiletries and stuff in the bathroom. Location is great. Right next to the Show Theater. Lots of mini supermarket, eatery , souvenir shop along the street. The hotel restaurant serve variety of foods from steamboat to all the Szechuan spicy food. Two nights stay in this hotel was enjoyable.
