The hacienda is simply beautiful, the gardens are majestic and the ruins of what was a sugar mill, recreate a magical scene.
The rooms are comfortable and finely decorated with access to terraces to enjoy the beauty of its gardens.
For the gastronomic offer, they have a very good and varied buffet, a la carte food and a menu with seasonal dishes.
Talking about the services, Hacienda San Andrés del Puente has the experience, quality and support of Fiesta Americana. Simply excellent.

I had the pleasure of attending my friend's wedding in Cuernavaca, Xochitepec. The historic property was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Everything needed for the wedding was within the property. For me, the main meeting place for the property was the restaurant. There was a variety of dishes, desserts and full service bar. If you preferred wine, there was a menu for that, too. It was open from 7a - 11p everyday! For those who wanted to relax outside by the pools and catch some sunshine, that was available. No need to really venture outside of the venue unless you just wanted to explore. We stumbled across a bakery that had so many Mexican breads, cookies and delicious tortas! The one thing I learned when buying items from the local businesses is that they prefer (and/or only accept payment) in pesos. No problem as I was prepared. All in all, I would definitely recommend this venue.

I didn't know what to expect of the Fiesta Americana, but everything about it was good. Best were the grounds and the pools, which were very relaxing whether walking or swimming. The staff were also attentive and the restaurant food was good. The rooms are huge and clean - large enough for a small family - and the beds were comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep. If you need to get away from the rat race for a few days, I would recommend it.

I had the most disrespectful situation I have ever had in a hotel because a hotel employee entered my room in the middle of the night when I was asleep! After they told me it was a mistake, etc....But it had already happened. The wi-fi didn't work in the room. Food took too long to arrive. I would never stay there again.

Wow! Beautiful and relaxing! Loved the service! Yummy food! The rooms are a great size with amazing beds! The brunch was super! The views are breathtaking! They have two great pools with warm water! Great place for a romantic getaway or a wedding! Not much to do around the hacienda!
