We recently spent 6 nights in La Saline les Bains and ate here two of the 6 nights. The food was expensive by South African standards but not overpriced. The pizza was delicious with a crispy thin crust. I had a seafood pasta the second night and it was absolutely divine. A very large portion filled with salmon, prawns and muscles. The service amazed us in Reunion as generally there is only one waitron serving the entire restaurant and in all the restaurants we went to the service was exceptional. Fortunately the gentleman making the pizzas spoke a bit of English so was able to translate some of the menu for us. Definitely worth a visit and much cheaper and tastier than eating in the hotels.
