We had a delicious dinner at this very pretty, beach chic restaurant. The BEST "cheese donuts" with tomatoes marmalade I have ever had. Amazing tender and juicy chicken fillet with fresh herbs and lemon. My husband and children enjoyed their choices too - think seafood, meat and vegetarian courses, but with a twist - not your normal Greek food. Service was a bit haphazard, but its Greece after all. Would definitely go back in a flash.

First impressions were good. The place was full, setting was great, everything was there for an enjoyable evening with good food. We were a party of 12 and we were seated at 10pm.
We ordered quite a diversity of food from the menu which are predominantly fish dishes.
So this is what happened. After a long wait some starters came, then some main courses with the wine, then more starters, then more main courses and at 11.30 came the french fries then a calamari and my daughter aged 12 ate her pasta at 11.45.pm. The kitchen has a complete disconnect with what needs to be delivered and when. Food mediocre and service in the pits but the place was full and the prices were on the high end.
It must have been a bad day for them but I am not going back and not recommending.

Food was good, the experience terrible.... 1,5 hour for a fried kalamari!!! And instead of an excuse, just being laughed at by the owner. We arrived for dinner early to be seated and served before other guests as we had our kids along. Indeed we were one of the first guests. Despite this, we waited long and I had to go and fetch the waitress 3 times before ordering. After that, the dishes started coming at totally random sequence and pace. We complained and gently asked for the dishes to be served. French fries (the easiest dish!) came long after the fish, in 2 'installments'... We had to remind the personnel 2-3 times before getting our wine. We got progressively mad, especially as other tables were served first what we had ordered before them. We got back and again to the owner and responsible as the risotto and the fried kalamari were not coming after 1 hour. After arguing, we cancelled the risotto, which appeared on our table just after we cancelled it and we had to start screaming for the kalamari as my son was complaining being hungry at almost 11 at night (we arrived around 8.30). The owner made no excuses, did not offer any compensation, and only indicated that there was a dysfunction in the 'food preparation process' .... The FOOD PREPARATION PROCESS?!?!?! After 1,5 hours for a simple fried kalamari?!?!? Disgraceful... Wasted evening associated to an exceptionally high price tag...

We had been really disappointed with the quality of cooking in Aliki, given such fresh ingredients and had found the trip advisor reviews not always reliable. We decided to give this restaurant a go. We arrived early, but they had a lot of bookings but they managed to squeeze us in. The service was very friendly, nice setting, but the food was excellent. We dined on shrimp, tuna and swordfish. The meals were cooked beautifully and not overdone as we had experienced in other restaurants. We enjoyed it so much , we have booked to come again.
