Enjoyed a couple of hours enjoying the warm mineral waters. The outdoor area has some spectacular views which you can gaze at while being pummeled by the hydro-massage points.

In addition to the waters, I had an hour massage (extra fee and make an appointment ahead of time). Fantastic massage: great pressure, totally professional, and one of the best massages I've ever had. I'll definitely return. The thermal waters were not as strongly thermal as I've experienced elsewhere. And the water was a little too cold for winter, for my liking. That said, the place is fantastically clean. The sauna and steam area is an extra charge, and worth it. (Also fantastically clean.) Be prepared to be nude, though, with mixed sexes, in the sauna and steam room area. Bring a snack if you will be staying long. Also, the rest room, outside of the waters, was cold. During winter, bring something warm to wrap yourself in. Bring your own towel.
While a little pricey, the indulgence is worth it. The natural springs are incredibly refreshing, for body and soul. The spa is well planned with nice decor and planning.
Not a large spa; two pools; indoors and outdoors complete of whirlpool, air seats; relaxing room, separate sauna services. Very clean facilities.
Downsides:
1. Whatever the hours chosen for the pools or sauna, remember to check out exactly at the time (not a minute after!)... after the minute they charge half-hour more!!
2. Not a child friendly place...
3. No cafe inside, neither herbal or tea drinks, nothing...
Is a place for an hour swim and leave... perfect to soak under warm waters in wintertime after skiing at Splugen...
Not friendly famyli. Working people at Hotel become no money. very bad people in this hotel piz vizan.
Short trip with my family (me, my wife and my two yr old son) in Andeer. Very close the sky station named "Splugen" really excellent. After a day of skiing enjoy the fantastic thermal baths in Andeer (5 min from Splugen) with two pools, one indoor and another outdoor. The pool outdoor is, practically, in the wild, with a gorgeous view of the mountains all around. It has almost 20 bubble beds plus several funny amenities like the cascade (my neck and shoulder really thank), the bubble pot (my kid went crazy for that). Really it worth the pain to arrive. Very close the "FRAVI Hotel" linked with the thermal bath trough a corridor. Entrance free to the bath for the guest of the hotel.
