Review of TS1 Transtar Cross-Border Service

I visited Johor for a day and took the TS1 from Johor Bahru check-point to Changi Airport to fly back home. It was my first time taking a cross-border coach between Singapore and Johor, and I must say that it was quite a pleasant experience. My friends who have visited Singapore told me that it can take 3-4 hours to get from Johor to Singapore because of the jam at customs, but when I took the coach yesterday, I was thankful that it only took 1.5 hours without much jam. In general, the price was quite affordable - only RM 10 (around £2). The journey from Changi Airport to Johor is SGD 10 (around £5), which is a tad more expensive but still very palatable. The journey was smooth - I don't normally fall asleep on buses but I did for the TS1. Overall, I'd definitely take the TS1 again if I next make a trip to Johor via Singapore.
