We stayed here for one week and had an awesome time. Check in was friendly and efficient. The daily breakfast was decent and what I've come to expect from Thai hotels. There are two pools one of which has a swim up bar with daily happy hour 2-6pm. The rooms were clean and large with nice patios to sit on. The beach is 50m down the street and has numerous bars with free loungers to use if you buy a drink (I recommend Murray's, great staff and the best prices). Great value and we would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to stay. As you walk out of the front of the hotel your literally in the middle of it all. As you walk out of the back of the hotel your literally on the beach. The staff are out of this world and the rooms are stunning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stopped here for 2 weeks April/may with our 5 month old son. Having enquired before arrival we were given room 109, a nice large clean room by the pool which was brilliant in terms of letting our 5 month old nap in the day. The staff are an absolute asset to this hotel and couldn't do enough for us, they even provided a cot! Hotel is right in the middle of the centre and 2 mins walk to the beach. The only downfall was the room didn't have enough storage for our requirements and the beds were slightly hard. Other than that a very pleasant stay and would recommend to other people!".

We stayed here for five nights at the end of our trip to Thailand. The room was large, clean and had a safe and mini fridge. Our deck overlooked the main pool and had a nice bench seat and soaker tub. The hotel is not directly on the beach but it is an easy two minute walk away. Lots of chaise lounges and tables available poolside and a swim up bar with daily happy hour. The hotel is very close to the night market, shops and restaurants.
The staff at this hotel were amazing! They always had a smile and were happy to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The food manager Noo and her girls Pee, Nan, Kob and Koy are all assets to this hotel! Breakfast was included, there was lots of selection of fresh dishes and made to order eggs and omelettes.
The front desk staff were always helpful.
We were very happy with our choice to stay at this clean and friendly hotel, it made for a very relaxing end to our busy trip!
We would recommend this hotel to friends and family and hope to return one day.

The first impression strange. We arrived and the reception welcomed us with the juice and wet cloth which was nice on the hot day.
However ... the most important for the one lady from reception was for us to read and accept the rules which they had on the hotel.
Ok we were traveling with the kids but instead of wishing us a nice stay she non stop reminded us about reading the rules because they"charge us".
Funny ... not.
We had some bad moguls and ants in the room. Discovering any I accidentally broke the glass in the bathroom and we informed the reception about that - Insted of asking if I didn't hurt myself of the kids she told us oh next time we will charge you for the glass! Omg! Really?!?
They changed the room for us but the smell of the mould stay with our clothes till the end unfortunately.
The swimming pools are great! Clean quiet nice.
The market outside is great - so much nice food around.
The tiger zoo is nice too if you travel with the kids - the elephant tracking too bit it was heart breaking seeing people riding on that poor animals.
The butterfly place was ok - nothing special but our kids had fun.
Breakfast oom the hotel - hm... I had the impression they put the cakes or vegetables non stop the same day after day till mosquitos were above it.
It gave me impression they were not fresh at all and not many people were eating it actually because of that.
The room was specious and clean - the second which we got. The cleaning staff always helpful.
The staff - apart from the "rulezzzz" lady was great and nice. We would like to say thank you for Cherry (a big smile from Bruno and Hugo).
The beach - dirty unfortunately - even the dog did his poo in front of us ...
Overall - hard to say - maybe you will have more luck.
