Me and my boyfriend stayed there forvalentine's day for two nights. The views are absolutely stunning. We enjoyedthe beach, pool and the sun a lot. However service level comparing with otherhotels is just fair, which needs much training for the staff.

Upon our arrival, we were told that ourroom is upgraded to a 2-room villa, and the pool will be shared with the roomnext to us. It's fine caused we are upgraded without extra charge. Receptionist told us that we could enjoy the mini-bar for free for once. Then we ate a Pringles and turned out when we checked out, we were asked to pay. Thougheventually we did not need to pay, this already created much confusion to us. Such situation happened again while we booked spa for 2pm but the Spa woman cameto pick us at 1pm. Receptionist called us that we booked 1pm and I said it's 2pm. She insisted it's 1pm rudely. Another confusion.

The food was really terrible compared with the restaurants in Phuket Old Town. So I preferred to drive out to dine at old town.We did have several meals in Bandara and they were not good in taste. Shrimps were not fresh like rotten ones. Breakfasts were so small with limited supply. The staff did not ask us whether I have finished the dishes and took away my food.

We booked a romantic dinner set 6-course on the v-day. That day was quite windy and I could understand it’s difficult to hold an outdoor candlelight dinner. I appreciate a lot for staff's effort on decorating the tables. So we were moved indoor to continue the dishes. We were served with a salad and a grilled seafood platter.Then we were asked to have desserts afterwards. Hey? Was it a 6-course dinner?How come turning out it’s changed…? We were so confused and asked the in-chargeof the restaurant what’s going on. She said we made special for you, this isnice seafood grilled for you (but the shrimps were not fresh at all) blah blah blah. Yes they are for us but we didn't order these at all. You can’t force us to accept something we did not order at all right. At the end we were served with the original set but it's already a big confusion to us.

The room was neat and clean. We found there's no water for the bathtub upstairs. Then we put the used towels at that unusable bathtub overnight. The next morning we found the towels were wet! That means the bathtub is under water seepage. I hope you can repair it asap.

I appreciate the fruits and cakes you offered to me inside room. They are tasty. You reacted fast for our report to a broken lock of the window door. It's repaired in 15 minutes.

Staff are nice tho English level is quite limited. I enjoyed having yoga class and ambient dinner served by your staff but not fot arguments for food, appointments and money. Please do improvements in communication and paper work.

Shine Spa is superb. I would write the review separately.

Kindly allow us to clarify on the confusion on Valentine's Day Dinner. We usually have special menu on special occasion like Valentine's Day. Your booking on that evening was romantic dinner which was different from Valentine's dinner menu. Our staff would like to impress you by providing the special occasion menu. However, we have failed to inform you in advance. We are sorry to have caused the confusion.

Executive chef is concerned to hear your comments about food quality. The team is reviewing the menu, suppliers and improving quality of service to ensure the satisfaction of our guests.

Moreover, we will continue on training and developing our staff to ensure that they are always able to deliver services to the satisfaction of our guests.

A great deal of effort is put into establishing effective action steps for constant improvement.

While we had a couple of very small hiccups with some staff and their English (mainly at the restaurant), we never felt anything less than a 5 star experience. Once you see the infinity pool in your room, and the outdoor area, as well as the beautiful beach below, you try to remember why you are leaving back home instead of moving here. Brilliant scenery, lovely room pool and main pools. Lovely beach, we were surprised upon visiting other beaches that the hotel beach was waaay more beautiful than any we visited (kata or patong or karon) you can spend all day here and not get bored. The hotel offers free activities all day every day with a timetable hung up each day for whats on. Brilliant hotel! We didn't try the spa but heard only good things. Breakfast was great, and so was the Friday steak buffet it was quite rich and with a great live band. This hotel was the first time I could honestly say we were in heaven. Just look at the photos! Sleep to the sound of waves, and dip in your own pool very early or very late. The freedom and openness is so surreal.

Gorgeous modern villas with private pools and incredible views!

Good breakfasts although slightly on the small side.

Good wifi, friendly staff, rooms were clean and well maintained.

The villas are at least a 30-40 minute drive from Patong Beach so you are quite far away from the party atmosphere of Bangla Road, which is what we were looking for as we wanted a relaxing get away. The only bad thing about the distance is that you are also quite far away from restaurants and food options, although there are some small restaurants in the area.

We would highly recommend to other couples looking for a relaxing and romantic holiday!

Me and my boyfriend recently stayed here for two nights, the situation and villas themselves are absolutely stunning, could not fault at all..however the service from the staff is absolutely shocking. Considering this is meant to be a 5 star hotel, I've had much better service staying in a 3 star one in Tenerife! A few days previous to our arrival my boyfriend contacted the hotel via email to ask for a shuttle from the pier to the villas, no reply, following that, on the day of our arrival he rang the hotel reception 3 hours before enquiringly once again about the shuttle service they offer, the lady on the other end of the phone was so unhelpful saying that we should've emailed, even though we had, and they couldn't provide the service as they didn't have enough notice..they had 3 hours notice for a 20 minute commute, finally when my boyfriend was expressing his views on this she proceeded to put the phone down on him. As you can tell, left a bad taste in our mouths from the start. After getting our own taxi to the villas everything was fine, room just how we expected, lovely and views amazing. As the villas are very secluded we decided to just eat in the restaurant the whole time we were there for ease. The food was good but the staff were useless. You'd wait about ten minutes for a menu when the waitress's were just stood looking at you, food would be served before the drinks..for the price you pay for the villa you expect a lot more from them.
I could understand if the restaurant was busy but the whole time we visited there were only two other couples in there with us. However Reception staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The location is beautiful and the view from room is also beautiful. I took higher floor. The restaurant food is ok. We prefered to go to Bandara Resort to have food. Facilities was also good. The only problem is lizard. Lots of lizard. The bedroom door is not airtight and hence lizards come inside your bedroom. After, I complained about it to the staff, they did sent someone to get rid of the lizard, but it wasn't sufficient. Overall, I didn't felt value for money. It was more like a 4-star hotel.

Room tip: Rooms away from Tram are quieter and pools have more privacy.

Located on hill sides, our hotel is designed to embrace the beauty of nature. Therefore, the landscaping is created to disturb the environment as little as possible. This includes planting and preserving trees that, besides accentuating the sense of being in a tropical paradise, also have the advantage of enhancing guests's privacy.
