We ate at this place twice as the first time certainly left a positive impression on us . Although on our first visit they did not have tomatoes ( yes the Island was out of them !) they substituted Guacamole which worked for us . We had burritos and nacho dishes and all were good quality and good sized portions. Our second visit they had tomatoes and it was even better as the dishes certainly were tastier with the correct ingredients being available . Service was pleasant and the place, which is only open 4 nights a week does get busy . Its a very pleasant surprise . The rather large chicken burritos were about $18.in New Zealand dollars.

We recently ate at La Casita with our family on our first trip to Rarotonga! Between the four of us (two adults and two kids 6 and under), we shared a cheese pizza, nachos and garlic bread, followed by their AMAZING warm coconut pie and ice cream for the kids. We also had a couple of drinks, and all this came to approx $70. Not the cheapest place, but so delicious and friendly service! Really recommend!

We came off resort to try this restaurant. We were the only patrons for the first 30 min there-always concerning, but the sangria was potent, taco chips and salsa/guacamole were good starters. The margarita and barbecue chicken with guacamole were very good and served HOT! We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and location. Decent price we felt for what we got. Take away available.

I should have known..,.why would you go to a mexican restaurant for pizza? Tasted like they just put the mexican food on a crust and called it pizza. I probably should have ordered a taco or something but the food was not good. Never went back during our stay which is funny, because they also own Rickshaw and their food is absolutely amazing.
