Overall the whole stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. Food price was reasonable according to the quality and the quantity. Service was quick and very responsive. Ambience was pleasant. The room were quite clean and pretty decent.
Overall would definitely recommend everyone looking a pleasant stay in Asansol.More

My Ring ceremony was arranged in Fern Residency in the month of July. Initially we were a little apprehensive about the arrangements as we are not local residents and is staying in Asansol for professional reasons.
However the ambience and behaviour of staff got us going. However, the experience was awesome and unforgettable. The food, the service, the hotel rooms everything was just perfect and we had the best of our time spending there. All our family members and guests, some Elite guests too, were highly satisfied.

We on be half of SBL ( Asia's largest homoeopathic manufacturing company) organized a Scientific Seminar at The Fern Residency Asansol where around more than 250 delegates were present, it was basically a Doctor Seminar & at the end of the day everybody reviewed excellent quality of food at Lunch time with great hospitality ....

The staff are courteous and generous. Great food for breakfast, a variety of Indian dishes across regions. Comfortable beds and nice shower. Convenient location and easy to get around from here. Avishek was very professional.

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, which is 2 minutes walking from the Gallexy Mall. Fern is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again. Special Thanks to Zeenat and Subhankar for smooth check-in and support during stay.
