Great location, superb staff

Pelling was the last leg of our trip and we planned to stay here for 3 nights. Originally we planned to stay at Summit Newa Regency for 1 day and shift to a different hotel post that but the excellent service provided made us extend our stay to 3 days. The receptionist was kind enough to upgrade us for free from Deluxe room to Premium room with Balcony.

Pros:
1. Superb location in lower Pelling. Easily accessible to most locations.
2. Direct view of Mount Kanchenjunga from balcony of Premium rooms. It’s a joy to have your morning tea looking at it.
3. Extremely polite and caring staff: Excellent service provided by entire housekeeping staff (Diwakar, Pooja and Ranjana) and receptionist (Arvind). They were always attentive and prompt in providing help whenever needed.
4. Best food in Pelling. Throughout our 3 day stay in Pelling, we tried food from many restaurants and roadside dhabas but the best food by far was the one provided by the Summit hotel itself. Breakfast buffet is extensive and superb - It included poha, parathas, Puri, Chana dal, veg sandwiches, fruit juice, cereal with milk, tea, sevaiya kheer, eggs, etc. Pooja was very courteous and helped us order the right food.

Cons: Honestly can’t think of any. The superb staff makes sure that your stay is great.

We totally recommend staying here when in Pelling.

Wow pelling

Whenever U visit northeast please visit Summit Newa regency pulling then you will love the hospitality provided by the hotel staff ,I specially wanted to thank adeah,aliza ,ranjana ,pooja for making our stay very comfortable .The time we landed the hotel Aliza didn't make us to carry a smallest of Luggage .The above mentioned staff took a great care of us ..If u are traveling to pelling then u must stay here for good food , great view ,& best staff.
Room was good and beautiful.

old but Beautiful property

Old is Gold. we have stayed here for a night only but I can say it was very beautiful property and well maintained. food was very delicious specially chicken butter masala.room was cozy but beautiful and warm. all staff was very friendly and helpful Ms. nikita and Aliza helped me alot .
thank you everyone for your warm services. we will recommend it and surely come back.

Trip to Pelling

A beautiful property, with the best view of Kanchenjunga. The rooms were really cozy and comfortable Amazing staff, in particular Aliza and Adarsh were great to us, and helped us with everything. A must visit if you're in Pelling!

Summit Newa - fabulous

We happened to visit summit newa for a family vaccation. I must confess, I have never been received with such warm hospitality even in other 5 star or 7 star properties. Everything about the property is just perfect. Although due to government guidelines the spa was closed but still we decided to not go out and relax in their hotel itself.
Talking about their manager, Mr kashyap ji, he's a thorough gentleman and a very nice person in general. He was very helpful and made sure that we get everything we asked for. Same goes for other staff too.
The fooding section was equally good. Reesav ji and pooja ji deserves a special mention as they were perfect hosts for us. They always received us with warmth and were extremely polite and made sure all our requests were entertained. Chef manoj ji also made sure he gives us a personalised touch of the food. The lady in the reception ms aliza ji was very helpful too.
Overall, this was just an appreciation post which they truly deserve.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice vacation
