The hotel is excellent. The manager mr Prangan and receptionist Neha both are most helpful and cooperative. Restaurant and the food is good. The services in restaurant are very nice.The house keeping staff are most obedient. I will recommend my friends and colleagues to make their stay in this hotel.

Pros
1) Newly built hotel so everything is brand new. The walls floors etc are in a good state.
Good ambience. Vibrant paintings.
2) The view is good. We booked a premium room there was a balcony and a window behind bed which gave the room a good open kind of feel to it.
3) The washrooms are clean with new fixtures and fittings.
Cons
1) The room size is small. We booked a premium room still the room size was very small, with basic amenities. Check the room dimensions before booking.
2) There is no Lift !! The hotel has 4 floors and 2 basements. The restaurant is at basement 2 and then you have to climb up to the rooms. I could see old people struggling. Wouldn't recommend for old people or people with physical disabilities.
3) It is a pure vegetarian hotel (It can be a pro or a con, depends). But the veg options are limited. You wouldn't find any sikkim special options.
4) The finishing of cupboards is not so good, I even cut my hand while keeping things inside by a protruding screw. The work done is a little shabby.
I wanted to share this information. So you all can make an informed decision.
Very nice and warm hospitality ,good service , variety of tasty food ,and enjoyed indoor games with kids very nice to stay here. Service is very quick and room interior is quite good for couples and kids , exlleant views from room
The aesthetic is just wow in comparison to the hotels around, location is a bit inside yet the view is marvelous
I am happy that I opted for food, fabulous taste for all varieties meeting all age group.
No light cut off in this hotel although a common trend if this region.
Warm water at all times. Good choice to choose.

It was a great quality time spend as food was also really very tasty and the service provided by this hotel was fantastic and we like the interiors of this hotel was perfect .And the outside laun was very nice .We would like to visit again.
