If you are having good number of friends with you then it is okay. however not that great if you have been to the countryside before and are going with a family. Not worth 1250. Entering inside you will be greeted by Ostriches. Pretty ordinary breakfast and your day tour begins. A tour guide gives you inputs on the farming which is free. You can see some big fishes in artificial ponds which they show as an event. Then for the food they charge you for fairly for fishes and meat. The thing to mention about the fishes is that we ordered 2 kg of food in which we just got pretty lot of head pieces which generally are not that palatable.
The staff is good but nothing noteworthy of the tour if you are with a family.

Well, this is a nature lover's place. A must take for the city kid's, to make them understand the nature. I took my twelve year old for a day's picnic, and it's worth the place to visit. Touch, feel and be with nature. The crops growing in the fields were for real.

The staff was very friendly. There's plenty of open space to just roam around yourself, but the best thing for the first timers is to be with the free guides the resort provides.

There are plenty of natural things to do, visit their website to know more, we particularly liked fishing, and the joy of catching your own fish.

There are many exotic animals and birds to draw your attention. The atmosphere is absolutely clean.

Food is very maharashtrian style, we definitely enjoyed.

One star less, because the approach road and inside roaming roads are in a very bad condition.

Rest, all good.

Our family visited Saguna baug after hearing rave reviews. We booked a mud house for 2 nights. We got there around 9:30am and post a simple but delicious breakfast of idli Sambhar chutney and poha, we started our Agro tour, learning about the farm and different plants around the property. There are lots of farm animals around so it's fun for the kids. Then we took a break and had cold kokum juice which provided instant relief from the heat. Then we were off to see Mallakhamba, where young boys performed gymnastics on a pole and rope. It was amazing to watch! Then we saw fish farming and we took our kid swimming in the lake which he thoroughly enjoyed. We were off to a tasty lunch. Non vegetarians can request for chicken or fish earlier and the dish is freshly prepared and brought to the table. The vegetarian fare which is included in the package is also tasty. After lunch we went on a bullock cart ride, did paddle boating, horse and camel ride. Post 6pm there is nothing to do.

So I would suggest visiting the farm only for a day trip. The room we stayed in was basic and the bathroom definetly needed a make over. The toilet seat was broken and the beds were hard so we decided to head back home after the activities were done.

Since the farm offers accommodation, they must ensure that the rooms, especially the toilets are in good condition.
