Everyone at our resort, and a bunch of the locals were telling us we MUST try this restaurant. It was a 30 minute drive from our resort, but during our drive our taxi driver told us a bunch of information about the island; the schools, the languages, their holidays. It was great!! When we got to the restaurant, we knew that the seating was outside in the sand with the tables in the water, but to see it in the person was amazing! The most incredible part, you ask?? There are lights in the water that light up the sea, and you can see the fish swim back and forth, AND JUMP OUT OF THE WATER!! Is this real life?? What an experience! Now on to discuss the food. One word.. PHENOMENAL! We got the grouper ceviche for an appetizer, and it was very fresh and very good!! I loved it! For dinner, I got the halibut with the sun dried tomato risotto. Absolutely amazing. I am new to eating fish, and had never tried halibut before, but this was very fresh, cooked perfectly, seasoning was incredible, I LOVED the sauce that came with it, and the risotto was cooked perfect and was delicious as well!!! I had A LOT of delicious food during my week long vacation, but this meal was BY FAR my favorite! I will come back to Aruba JUST to eat here again, and have that halibut again!!! Because this restaurant is so well known, and very popular, a reservation a few days prior is a must. Overall, absolutely incredible dining experience, and a must try!
