Pros:

- The hotel is easier to find.
- The staff is cooperative.
- They will upgrade the room, if available without you having to ask.

Cons

- Though we were given an upgrade to Super Deluxe room, but even the high category rooms are poorly cleaned and maintained (Missing curtains, paint peeling off etc.)
- The deluxe category room which we originally booked had cost us around INR4500, but that was without any AC and breakfast at this price!!!
- Certainly not 3 star by any standards.
- The town itself doesn't have much to see around or do.

The hotel is situated in Chamba which is not as cool as the nearby attraction Dalhousie. However the rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff is courteous and friendly. Food is awesome.
Cons: the location is a little difficult as there is a steep slope; the hotel has no lifts and lots of stairs to climb

Nice location. Clean, Spacious Rooms. Good Service. Very helpful staff. Expect the basic services to be well executed.
Good for family or business trips.
This place comes recommended if one has to stay in Chamba.
Food at the in house dining facility can be a little better.
